RECEIVING BANK QUALIFICATION

Official bank confirmation is a pre-issuance gate.

For No-Upfront SBLC issuance, the complete transaction file must include an official Receiving Bank confirmation addressing technical receipt and authentication capability, instrument acceptability, and the contemplated settlement / financing route.

ABILITY TO RECEIVE ≠ ABILITY TO FINANCE. Technical receipt of an MT760 does not constitute evidence of financing or payment capacity.
NOT ACCEPTABLE AS A DOSSIER: blank instrument templates, generic provider procedures, anonymous mandates, screenshots presented as bank evidence, unverifiable letters, or fragmented WhatsApp submissions.
