Information is released progressively.

Confidentiality is part of transaction architecture. The objective is to provide sufficient information for a qualified counterparty to make a decision without exposing principals, banking relationships or commercially sensitive material prematurely.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

DealRoom credentials, counterparty identities, banking information and protected transaction documents must not be redistributed outside the authorized recipient group.

The access test changes with the role.

Requests should be concise but complete enough to determine who is requesting access, in what capacity, for which transaction and with what execution capability.

Documents sent through WhatsApp are not processed as an official access request. Generic requests for “offers”, confidential bank details, unnamed buyers/sellers or complete DealRoom access are not sufficient.
